1 c Ketchup 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 1/4 c White vinegar 1/4 c Water 1 1/2 ts Celery seed 1/4 ts Salt 1 Dash pepper 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 ts Prepared horseradish
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed paper.
2. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until hot; stir once.
Yield: about 1-1/2 cups.
