D. Nussbaums Mandarin Salad recipe

makes: 1 Servings



Romaine lettuce (being short
-of time, I use 12oz pkg
-romaine hearts - already
-trimmed and cleaned)
1 bn Green onion - green part of
-scallion(green onion)
-sliced
Slivered almonds (according
-to taste)
1 tb Sesame seeds
1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges,
-drained

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
6 tb Tarragon vinegar
4 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Salt (I leave it out)

Tear the romaine lettuce and add all salad ingredients to bowl. Mix the
ingredients for the dressing (I use an electric hand blender). Chill the
dressing and pour over salad and toss at last minute.
